HOW MANY DOGS DO YOU GROOM AT A TIME?

We go by appointments. Each groomer does one dog at a time to ensure a speedy service and one on one time between your dog and the groomer. 

HOW LONG DOES THE GROOMING TAKE?

Every dog is different and a lot of factors can determine the length of the appointment. Small dogs usually takes between 60-90 minutes from start to finish. Larger dogs take a little longer since there is a lot more to do, usually between 90 minutes and up to 3 hours.

ARE THE DOGS KENNELED?

We understand not all owners like the idea of their dog being in a kennel, but your dog will only be kenneled while waiting to be picked up. We let you know when your dog is 15 minutes from being done, so if you arrive for pick up on time your dog can go straight from the grooming table into your arms.
